Director Sam Stier was invited by the Guam Department of Education to deliver the keynote address to a teacher conference in Guam on using bioinspiration with place-based education. Sixty teachers from across the island and the island of Kosrae (Federated States of Micronesia) attended the January conference. As part of the 3-day conference, Mr. Stier also conducted a session on bioinspired innovation with 150 high school students from across Guam.
