School District Adopts Engineering Inspired by Nature

The Iowa City Community School District in the state of Iowa, comprising over 14,000 students in the tri-city area of Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty, has adopted the Engineering Inspired by Nature curriculum to use in its Extended Learning Program (ELP) for upper elementary students! The curriculum was originally piloted by Ms. Diane Bradford, one of the district’s teachers, who then introduced the curriculum to the rest of the ELP department. The Center for Learning with Nature is thrilled to see the Iowa City Community School District adopt the curriculum.
